Dees Bros BEER FLIGHT & Tipsy COOKIE Pairing on December 22, 2022 from 7PM to 10PM. Beers and cookies selected for pairing to be announced before event.

PAIRING INFO: 1. Fruit Cake Brown: Collab w/ Wop's Hops Brewing Co. (ABV 5.6%) Brown Ale with Apricot, Pineapple, Ginger, and Walnut (*Nut allergen warning for beer and cookie) - A beautiful nice light brown ale with some nuttiness and toasted bread. Fruit forward apricot and pineapple flavor with a hint of ginger. COOKIE: Pecan Praline Cookie- Slightly toasted buttered pecans, with Jamaican Rum

2. Aquadnauts (ABV 9.3%) Belgian Dark Strong Ale - Strong Belgian ale with a moderate malty sweetness containing notes of raisin, dates, figs, and plum. COOKIE: Cinnamon Butterscotch Whiskey Cookie-Hints of cinnamon and bits of butterscotch, with 2 blends of whiskey.

3. Dead On Arrival (ABV 8.4%) Imperial Stout - A strong, thick, warm bodied beer that is dark, dry, and roasty with hints of bitter sweet chocolate and coffee. COOKIE: White Chocolate Peppermint Whiskey Cookie- Finely crushed peppermint, incorporated with premium white chocolate chips with a smooth finish of vanilla whiskey.

4. Black & Blue (ABV 5%) Berliner Weisse with Blackberries and Blueberries - Sour beer with a slight pucker, but mainly fruity characteristics of blackberry and blueberry and a dry finish. COOKIE: French Vanilla Vodka Sugar Cookie- Traditional sugar cookie with a kick of Vanilla Whiskey.
