SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our normal orders take anywhere between 5 to 10 days to receive, based on the shipper.  A tracking number is sent to each customer, once the order is picked up by our shipper and is shipped to the address provided by the customer. The Tipsy Cookie LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen orders.

As part of a fundraiser, orders will begin shipping at the completion of the fundraiser.  Once your order is baked and ready for shipping, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Depending on the area of shipping and shipper, customers can expect to receive their order within 5 days of receiving their tracking number.  

The Tipsy Cookie LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen orders.

REFUND POLICY

We aim to make sure every order is tasty and accurate.  If there is an issue with your order, in which The Tipsy Cookie LLC was at fault, we will gladly remake the order, as there are no refunds.
