All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed by The Tipsy Cookie, at its sole discretion, to be actionable. In such cases, The Tipsy Cookie will issue a full or partial refund for items purchased through the Website. All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 24 hours of the order date listed on your confirmation email.

Our shipping times are estimated and vary based on location of delivery and shipper.  Orders that are part of a large volume fundraiser can expecting cookies to be shipped and delivered between 4 to 6 weeks from date of order.  The Tipsy Cookie is not responsible for incorrect addresses at the time of order.
